Ask Oncall
On every page after you sign in, a blue chat button sits in the bottom-right corner. Press it, ask a question about using Oncall in your own words, and get a short answer in seconds.
How it answers
- Answers come only from this Help Center. Each answer links the articles it used, so you can read more or check it.
- It knows your first name, your role and the page you’re on, so it can point you to the right place. It doesn’t see your company’s incidents, people, schedules or settings.
- AI answers can be wrong. If something matters, open the linked article.
- Never type passwords, verification codes or sign-in links into the chat.
Talk to a person
When an answer doesn’t help, press Talk to a person under it. Oncall emails the conversation to the Oncall team with your name, email, role and company, and they reply to your email. You can do this up to 5 times a day. If you don’t see it, it isn’t set up yet.
