Signup says my email doesn't match
Signup checks your work email against your company’s website. If it refuses you, find the message below.

Use your work email. Personal addresses aren't accepted.
Use your company address, not Gmail or another personal provider.
Your email must be on @… (your company website).
The domain of your email must match the website you entered. If your website is acme.com, use you@acme.com.
Your company already uses Oncall. Ask your Oncall admin to invite you.
Someone already signed your company up. Ask them for an invite.
Why these rules exist
Each company gets one Oncall account, tied to its website domain. A work email on that domain shows you belong to the company.
