Create your company account
You create your company account once, on the signup page, and become its first admin. It takes three short screens and a code sent to your email.
The three screens
- Your company. Enter the company name, website, country and company size. Industry, company phone and registration number (a Registrar-General number or TIN) are optional. Press Continue.
- About you. Enter your full name, work email and a password of 8 to 72 characters. Job title is optional. Press Send verification code.
- Check your email. Enter the 6-digit code and press Verify and create workspace. Or open the link in the email and press Confirm my email.

The code expires in 15 minutes.
Resend
Press Resend code after 60 seconds.
Limit
You can get up to 5 codes an hour.
Wrong tries
10 wrong tries locks that code.
Which email works
Use your work email
- Personal addresses (Gmail and the like) are refused.
- The email must be on your website’s domain. If your website is acme.com, you need you@acme.com.
- Each website domain can have one company. A second signup is told “Your company already uses Oncall. Ask your Oncall admin to invite you.”
After you verify
You are the company’s first admin. You land on Home, where the setup dialog opens so you can finish setting up.
